System shall provide treated water at the rate of 35 gallons per minute. Yearly est. volume of 100,000 gal from 96 Nov 10 - 97 Nov 09 w/options for two additional years. Gov't shall furnish raw unprocessed water from public supply. Water quality after purification shall meet the following specifications: PH Range of 6.0 to 8.0; conductivity is not to exceed 1.0 micro MHOS/CM; chlorides shall be less than 0.1 MG/L; no visible turbidity, color, settlement, suspended solids or oil shall be present.
