The Border Environment Cooperation Commission (BECC) is accepting Statements of Qualifications from firms interested in providing project development assistance services for U.S.-Mexico border communities in the areas of water, wastewater, and municipal solid waste infrastructure. Qualified firms must be able to demonstrate the capacity to operate on either side of the U.S./Mexico border.
