on Strength Requirements for Soft Drinks Bottles, 5 pages, available in
English. 6. Description of content: The draft regulation specifies a
number of inspection methods regarding soft drinks bottles, in order to
test whether the packaging conforms to the safety requirements set
forth in the Commodity Act on pressurized packaging. 7. Objective and
rationale: The regulation serves to transpose Article 8, second
paragraph of the Commodity Act on pressurized packaging. 8. Relevant
