Contractor shall provide continuous foreign prosecution of patent applications based on PCT/US94/05138 and PCT/US94/05649. Prepare and provide all legal support and documentation necessary to secure patent protection based on these applications in Korea, Japan, Russia, Canada and European Patent Countries. Present contract to cover requesting of examination and prosecuting the cases to allowance in these countries. It is contemplated that only official action in each country will be needed/issued and responded to. Interested sources are encouraged to provide a statement of interest and supporting evidence of their capabilities to provide such services to the Contracting Officer within fifteen calendar days after publication of this synopsis. Interested firms should indicate if they are a large or small business. If adequate interest is not received, the solicitation will be issued as a sole source procurement without further notice. It is the government's intent to negotiate with Jerome J Norris, Washington, DC. All responsible sources may submit a bid or proposal which will be considered by the Agency.
