The work includes all supervision, labor, transportation, materials and equipment required to construct a new canopy of approximately 7,675 square feet. The canopy will be single story and of permanent construction with steel framing, bar joists, built-up roof with metal deck, insulation, and flashing, precast concrete piles an a cast-in-place reinforced concrete foundation system and incidental related work. The canopy will be constructed adjacent to an existing warehouse and an existing canopy, lighting and automated fire protection will be provided. Minor asphalt paving work will be needed for repair at the canopy area. This contract is estimated between $250,000 and $500,000. the small business size standard applicable to this contract is 1541 and the annual size standard is $17.0 million.
