The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment and services necessary to replace 83 mechanical dock levelers at the Bulk Mail Center for Denver, Colorado, including incidental work described in the Contract Documents. The work includes removal of existing mechanical dock levelers, and installing and adjusting replacement dock levelers; and welding, painting and concrete patching. Site access and construction areas will be limited. Extensive construction coordination and sequencing are required to ensure full time operation of the existing facility. There is a one-time, pay-in advance, non-refundable charge of $20.00 for each copy of the solicitation requested. The project will be bid a single sum contract. Construction cost range is between $393,000 and $493,000. There will be no public bid opening.
