Presolicitation Notice. Seeker Test and Evaluation Facility Area Upgrade, Eglin AFB FL. Projected bid opening date is 13 Nov 96. Furnish all plant, labor, materials, equipment and all operations in connection with the construction upgrade of the Seeker Test and Evaluation Facility Area. Work shall consist of clearing, grubbing, earth work, approximately 332 feet of railroad track bed complete with rails, cross ties and ballast, reinforced concrete retaining walls, foundation/floor slabs, electrical and an approximately 10,000 square foot modular, pre-fabricated tension membrane structure with bridge crane. Performance Period is 150 calendar days. Estimated dollar range is between $500,000 and $1 Million. All responsible sources may submit a bid which shall be considered by the agency.
