The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms (ATF) intends to purchase 250 9MM FX Marking Cartridges (RED), 250 SIG P226 FX conversion kits, and 450 SIG P228 FX conversion kits for SIG SAUER 9MM Semiautomatic pistols for simulated firearms training to conduct firearms tactical drills. All interested parties must submit written responses which, must include price, a POC (name and telephone number), information containing sufficient documentation to establish a bonafide capability to meet the requirement and delivery schedule.
