Destination with required delivery for Proposed Delivery Order 0001,
for 185 each of 55 each to New Cumberland, PA., 130 each to Texarkana,
TX. Required delivery with First Article Test is 10 each 643 DACA then
25 each per month thereafter until completion. Required Delivery
without First Article Test is 10 each 330 DACA, then 25 each per month
thereafter until completion. This procurement requires
prequalification. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which
will be considered by the agency. Authority and Justification is FAR
6.302-1, Only One Source of Only a Limited Number of Responsible
Sources. The proposed contract action is for supplies for which the
Government does not have specifications to permit full and open
competition; however, it is restricted to the approved source: Jaco
Engineering, Anaheim, CA. This is a flight-safety part requiring
fatigue testing prior to approval. The time required for approval of
new suppliers is such that award and delivery cannot be delayed pending
approval of a new source. Firms are encouraged to seek source approval
in order to compete for future solicitations IAW the instructions
contained in Section L of the solicitation. Information on meeting
