The F-16 System Program Office is seeking sources to perform the necessary integration to add new capabilities (LINK 16, Multimission Computer, Color Displays, and Joint Helmet Mounted Cueing System) on United States Air Force (USAF) Blocks 40/42 and 50/52 F-16 multimission fighters. The support required consists of integration studies, flight test, and kitproof. The software development (M3/M3+ Tape) to implement the new capabilities may be added to this procurement. The F-16 System Program Office is not able to provide tooling or data, so the contractor must be able perform this effort using existing facilities and data. Potential offerors responding to this notice should submit sufficient program, design, and/or testing information for the Air Force to determine the potential offeror's qualifications and capabilities for performing this effort.
