This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation 603-77-96 is issued as a request for proposals (RFP). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 90-41. SIC code 3841 applies and small business size is 500 employees. Contractor shall furnish, deliver, install and provide training on the FC2000, Diagnost 66 R/F systems; 2 each, Philips R/F for rooms 2 & 5 with digital spot imaging. Contractor shall provide 2 each operating and service maintenance manuals. Price of equipment shall include the cost of training (tuition, travel, lodging) Biomedical personnel, and the training of VA personnel to properly operate the equipment, at the VA. Operational and diagnostic software, installation, parts list, service manuals, and test fixtures used with the equipment are considered part of the equipment.
