UNICOR intends to procure a Bar Coding System for various apparel factory locations. The Bar Code System will interface with the SYMIX Shop floor Control Module and the inmate payroll system.Prospective contractors will demonstrate their system into order to determine compliance with contract requirements. The system will be tested at two of the institution locations. Upon final approval of the system, it will be installed at ten of the apparel factory locations throughout the United States.
