Ans 2, Buedel is the supplier of the concentrates, The price for the orange juice concentrae is $37.05/cs, and for grape juice $25.44/cs. there is no prior history for the other concentrates, Ques 3, Who is the current and/or recent suppplier of the Automatic Mixing Machine of the concentrates and what is the last contract price per item? Ans 3, Buedel suppplies the mixing machine at a rental price of $50.00/mo, Ques 4, How critical is the requirement that one source supply both ready to drink (four ounce individual servings) and concentrate with dispensers? Part B: The following changes are made to RFP N00140-96-R-2955, 1) Item descriptions for Clins 0004 through 008, 0013 through 0017, 0022 through 0026, 0031 through 0035, and 0040 through 0044 is changed to read 7.57 liter Bag In The Box . 2) Award will be by Lot, for ready to serve, 4oz. individual servings (Lot 1 Clins 0001 through 0003, Lot 3 Clins 0010 through 0012, Lot 5 Clins 0019 through 0021, Lot 7 Clins 0028 through 0030, and Lot 9 Clins 0037 through 0039), and concentrates and Automatic Mixing Machine (Lot 2 Clins 0001 through 0009, Lot 4 Clins 0013 through 0018, Lot 6 Clins 0022 through 0027, Lot 8 Clins 0031 through 0036, and Lot 10 Clins 0040 through 0045. 3) The time of delivery is changed from 24 hours after order is placed to 24 to 48 hours after order is placed. 4) The clause at 252.219-7006 is incorporated with ALT 1.
