Each tent must be 13' x 13' with carrying case, heavy duty removable floor; 3' x 6' roll up door; high pressure fill port; 3 window panels; 3 additional window panels labeled ATF; 1 screened panel; 14 steel stakes; repair kit; and removable panel above door. Tents must inflate in 40 seconds from compressed air bottle. Tents are to be delivered FOB Destination to Rockville, MD 20850 within 30 days after receipt of order. This procurement is a total small business set-aside and will be processed UTILIZING ``SIMPLIFIED ACQUISITION PROCEDURES''.
