C -- INDEFINITE QUANTITY CONTRACT FOR ELECTRICAL ENGINEERING SERVICES, NAS, CORPUS CHRISTI, TX SOL N62467-96-R-7600 DUE 103196 POC Carolyn Keim, Contract Specialist 512/939-2158. Projects assigned to this contract will be located in Corpus Christi, Texas. Work includes preparation of plans, specifications, and construction cost estimates for mainly power and lighting electrical designs for existing station facilities. Related mechanical, civil, architectural and environmental (asbestos and lead abatement) work may be required. The contract may also require review of shop drawings and contract submittals. At this time there is no basic project assigned to this contract. Selection will be made pursuant to the Simplified Acquisition Procedures for A & E actions. An evaluation will be performed on the qualifications and performance data submitted on SF 254s responding to this announcement along with firms having SF 254s on file. Interested Architect-Engineer firms are invited to: 1. Submit a Standard Form 254, Architect Engineer and Related Services Questionnaire. Firms having a current Standard Form 254 (within one year) on file are not required to register this form. However, those firms with 254s on file shall express their interest in being considered for this particular job in writing and shall also state that a current Standard Form 254 is on file for their firm. 2. Submit any requested supplemental data to procurement office shown, Attn: Code 18CCK. Contract will be for one year or $99,000.00, whichever comes first. Minimum guarantee is $5,000.00.
