C -- RENOVATE AMBULATORY CARE BLDG. #39 SOL 405-13-97 DUE 101696 POC Susanne Rybczyk, Sr. Contracting Officer A/E investigative and technical services to design and develop specifications, drawings, and detailed cost estimates for the renovation and expansion of our current Ambulatory Care area, Bldg. #39, including a 6200sf addition to the existing Ambulatory Care area, renovations and restructuring of the existing 6700sf area including enlarging the Emergency Room and Minor Surgery areas, restructuring of patient flow, medical records, lab, interview areas, the addition of a new radiology room with teleradiography connections, and a new ambulance bay. Past experience in the design of ambulatory care renovations is required, as well as the capacity to accomplish work in the required time, as evidenced by past performance and proposed workforce. The estimated construction range is $2,000,000-$5,000,000. Design is to be completed within 240 days. Area of consideration is limited to within 200 miles of this VA, White River Junction, Vermont.
