Scope of Services: The offeror shall furnish all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and services necessary to manage, test, calibrate, repair, modify, certify, and perform maintenance on all assigned equipment and test equipment as specified in this Performance Work Statement (PWS) except as specified in section C-3, Government Furnished Property and Services. Operation of the PMEL shall be such quality as to provide the professional level, calibration, certification, and/or repair required to assure prescribed accuracy and reliability of all Test, Measurement and Diagnostic Equipment (TMDE). Services shall be provided for Barksdale AFB LA, Beale AFB CA, Dyess AFB TX, Ellsworth AFB SD, Fairchild AFB WA, Grand Forks AFB ND, MacDill AFB FL, McConnell AFB KS, Minot AFB ND, Offutt AFB NE, and Whiteman AFB MO including tenants and other off-base activities receiving support.
