R -- SPONSORSHIP/IN KIND DONATIONS FOR HILLBERG SKI PASSES 196-97 SKI SEASON SOL SVS-SCS-92-96. Due 101596. POC Tracy Barbour, 907/552-5823, FAX 907/552-9250. We are soliciting in-kind donations or sponsorship for HIllberg Ski Lift and All-Hill Ski Passes for the 1996-97 ski season. The passes are used for the ski season starting in November 1996 and ending early April 1997. During the season, Hillberg hosts nearly 60,000 patrons. The passes are 2 1/16'' by 5'' in size and 4 color printing is required. We will need approximately 2,000 lift tickets and 200 all-hill passes. The sponsor would be allowed to print its company logo and name on the passes as part of the sponsorship. In addition, companies may purchase advertising space on the passes for their names and logos. Advertisers also are needed to offset costs for 50 vests and team flags of the Youth Ski Team members. Sponsors will be allowed to display banners and information throughout the ski season, while the passes are in use. Hillberg All offers will be considered. More than one sponsor/donation may be accepted and additives will be considered. Requests for copies of this solicitation must be received not later than 15 October 1996. This is a solicitation for commercial sponsorship/donation by a nonappropriated fund instrumentality of the United States Government. It does not obligate appropriated funds of the Government. (260)
