The Library of Congress intends to issue a delivery order against an existing Basic Ordering Agreement to renew a subscription with Tax Analysts for the continued use and access of their database by IRS, Office of Chief Counsel, Washington DC. Tax Analysts provides TAX NOTES TODAY which contains summaries and full-text of important federal tax documents such as Court Opinions, IRS Letter Rulings, Legislative Information, IRS Regulations, IRS Revenue Rulings, IRS Revenue Procedures and the like. In addition to the summary and full text information many other attributes of the document are captured as well, such as: a docket number and judge name for a court opinion or the relevant code section classification and official IRS citation for an IRS regulation. Service will be continued through September 30, 1997. WRITTEN RESPONSES SHOULD INCLUDE PRICES AND TECHNICAL DATA SUFFICIENT TO DETERMINE CAPABILITY. No telephone calls will be accepted.
