The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) has a requirement for a Firm-Fixed Price, Indefinite-Quantity Indefinite-Delivery contract to provide cleaning of acoustical ceiling tiles and vinyl wall coverings--The contractor must provide all labor, supervision, supplies, and equipment necessary to clean acoustical ceiling tiles of approximately 250,000 square feed (annually), and vinyl wall covering of approximately 75,000 linear feet (annually)--This type of contract provides for the furnishing of an indefinite quantity within the stated limits from the date of award of this contract for 12 months with four one-year options--Each one-year renewal period will begin on the anniversary date of the contract award--This solicitation is set-aside for Small Business concerns, Standard Industrial Classification Number-7349--Small Business size standard $8 Million--This solicitation is subject to the general wage determination provided by the Department of Labor-Number 94-2103-Revision #8-dated 12/8/95--This place of performance is located at the FBI - JEH Building, 935 Pennsylvania Ave., N.W., Washington, D.C.--Time of performance shall be performed between the hours of 5:30 PM and 12:30 AM, tow to three days per week (to be determined by the COTR); Saturday between 7:00 AM and 3:30 PM (when requred); Holidays are excluded--A site inspection will be scheduled--The estimated RFP release date is 9/25/96--Requests for RFP-6889 shall be in writing and postmarked no later than fifteen calendar days from date of this notice--Any requests postmarked after the 15 days will be subject to availability of solicitation packages--NO TELEPHONE REQUESTS WILL BE HONORED--Funds are currently not available for this solicitation.
