S -- WASTE REMOVAL SOL 541-76-97 DUE 103196 POC Jeanelle Wright, (216) 838-6091 It is the intention of this solicitation to obtain a contract for the removal and hauling of miscellaneous trash, non-edible garbage and bio-contaminated infectious waste in government owned Anchor Pac containers at the Dept. of Veterans Affairs Medical Center, 10000 Brecksville Road, Brecksville, Ohio 44141; 10701 East Boulevard, Cleveland, Ohio 44106; The Gateway Center, 6708 Miller Road, Brecksville, Ohio 44141 and Canton Clinic, 221 Third Street, S.E., Canton, Ohio 44702. Contractor must use a EPA approved landfill for the disposal of all solid waste and shall submit with his/her bid, appropriate certificate validating compliance to this requirement. Contractor shall also assume full responsibility for compliance with all Federal, State, City and County laws.It is our intention to award for a base performance period of November 1, 1996 through September 30, 1997 with a one-year option renewal.
