Services to prepare, produce and publish a bi-monthly civilian enterprise newspaper known as THE ROTOVUE. The resultant contract, which is in support of the Joint Public Affairs Office, Marine Corps Air Station, New River, Jacksonville, NC will be for the period 01 February 1997, or date of award whichever is later, through 31 January 1999 with 4 one year option periods. The civilian enterprise newspaper shall be prepared, produced and published at no cost to the Government, however, the contractor shall receive all revenue accruing from the sale of advertising carried within the publication.
