Furnish all labor, supervision, equipment, tools, materials and operations as required to construct the new facility at Beale AFB in accordance with the plans and specifications to include civil, landscaping, architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical and communication systems and to provide a new irrigation system at the existing Famcamp site. The magnitude of this project is between $250,00 and $500,000. Plans and specifications will be available on or about 9 Oct 96 at no charge until supply is exhausted. Interested contractors must submit their request for solicitation in writing either by mail or by FAX. Our FAX number is (916) 634-3311. WE WILL NOT HONOR TELEPHONE REQUESTS. All requests shall be on letter size stationary ONLY. Requests must include the solicitation number, complete company name, address, telephone number, business size and whether bidding as a prime or subcontractor. 9 CONS/LGCC will distribute solicitations to prime contractors only. Requests for solicitations are limited to one IFB per written request. 9 CONS/LGCC will mail the bidders mailing list upon receipt of a written request.
