Swanson, Contract Specialist, (615) 454-7841 This project consists of providing and erecting a nominal 15' x 18'6'', three-story fire department training tower complete with an attached 15' x 14' one-story burn room including a complete gas-fired burner and controls installation. The structure will include an exterior stairway with access at each floor, a 4' x 7' balcony with access door, roof guardrails, and an interior stand-pipe with fire department connections at each floor. Access roadway, building foundation, gas and electric service to the project site will also be included in the total project contract. Work shall be done at Arnold Air Force Base, Tennessee. The performance period will be 270 calendar days after issuance of Notice to Proceed. The estimated order of magnitude is between $250,000 and $500,000.
