Remove and dispose of the following underground storage tanks (UST's) and all associated piping, vents and valve: (A) Station Depoe Bay: two (2) 100 gallon - diesel; (B) Station Yaquina Bay: one(1) 1,000 gallon - heating oil and one (1) 550 gallon - heating oil; (C) ESMT Empire: one (1) 300 gallon - heating oil and one (1) 100 gallon - diesel; (D) Air Station North Bend: one (1) 100 gallon - heating oil and; (F) Cape Arago Light Station; one (1) 500 gallon - fuel oil. Perform all required soil and water sampling as required by the State of Oregon Department of Environmental Quality (DEQ). Estimated Range $100,000 to $250,000.
