The contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, supervision, transportation, supplies, except those designated as government-furnished, and incidentals to perform the work specified. Technical proposals will be evaluated for technical acceptability of the planting services offered. The main criteria which proposals will be evaluated against are: Technical prescription, Production plan, Record of past performance, and Organization/management. The Winema National Forest is located in Klamath County, OR. This is an indefinite quantity contract with a base year and two option years. This is a total small business set-aside. (0261)
