Scope of work consists of overhaul of various size electric motors at WPAFB, OH. It includes motors of fractional H.P and also large motors (to run heating or water plants). Turn-around time is three-days for routine repair and 24 hours for emergency repair. Contractor shall furnish and install all new parts needed to refurbish motors to like new condition. This solicitation will be issued approx 96 OCT 10. All responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered. No tel requests. Only written or faxed requests received directly from the requestor are acceptable. An Ombudsman has been established for this acquisition.
