All interested parties must be JCAHO accredited for providing home health equipment. Work shall include, but is not limited to, delivery & pick-up of home health equipment to veteran beneficiaries. Instruction in the proper use of home health equipment to veteran patient and/or care giver. Repair of VA owned home health equipment. Interested parties are invited to request a solicitation package in writing from the Contracting Officer after 05/0796. A pre-proposal meeting will be held 10/16/96 at this facility to afford interested parties a forum for questions and concerns.
