The real estate services are required in the following states: Connecticut, Massachusetts, Maine, New Hampshire, Rhode Island, Vermont, New Jersey, New York, Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands, Delaware, Maryland, Pennsylvania, Virginia, West Virginia, and Washington, D.C. This will be a three year contract with two 1-year priced, evaluated options. The Government will have cancellation rights after the first and second year of the initial three year term. A Negotiated Source Selection method will be utilized for this procurement. This solicitation is open to small and large business concerns Higher technical evaluation scores will be given to small businesses and large businesses who submit subcontracting plans which provide maximum subcontracting opportunities for small, small disadvantaged, and women- owned small businesses.
