The Naval AirWarfare Center intends to negotiate a sole source contract with CACI, Inc.-Federal as the one responsible source for the procurement of computer programming support services for the ES-3A Software Support Activity specific to Tactical System Software Fleet Issues 4.0 and 5.0. The principle technology areas include Operational Flight Program including applicable avionic system/subsystem tactical software and System Maintenance Program including avionic system/subsystem diagnostics software. The scope of this effort is a continuation of work under contract N00163-95-D-0013. This effort will be for no more than 12 months. This notice is not a request for proposals.
