The Health Resources and Services Administration requires services to assist in meeting the Emergency Medical Services for Children (EMSC) Five Year Plan objectives; to communicate EMSC issues to the Emergency Nurses Association, through annual meetings, newsletters, and other communication vehicles; and to participate in meetings of the EMS Partnership for Children consortium. The Government intends to negotiate on a sole source basis, in accordance with the Simplified Acquisition Procedures in Part 13 of the Federal Acquisition Regulations, with the Emergency Nurses Association (ENA), 216 Higgins Road, Park Ridge, Illinois 60068. The ENA, is deemed the only responsible source capable of providing the required work and services. A Justification for Other than Full and Open Competition is on file.
