R - The U.S. Department of Education, Office of the Undersecretary, Postsecondary Education Division (PED) contemplates on a sole source basis, the extension of the Technical Support for Analyses of Institutions and Special Populations in Postsecondary Education contract (EA94078001), for a period of six months beginning June 6, 1997 to December 5, 1997 to the following contractor: Mathtech, Inc., Princeton, NJ. The proposed extension is to continue assisting PED in conducting or preparing, often on very short notice, special analyses, issue briefs, decision memoranda, syntheses of research, surveys, analyses of data bases, modeling, policy and background papers. All work shall relate to programs and issues in postsecondary education, with an emphasis upon postsecondary institutions. See Numbered Note 22 (0261)
