This action replaces the requirement originally publicized in the CBD dated 8-14-96, for Press-Secondary Education services at F.C.C. Allenwood, Pennsylvania. Contractor shall provide professional Post-Secondary Education services to inmates confined at the Federal Correctional Complex, Allenwood, Pennsylvania, comprised of four institutions, and at the United States Penitentiary, Lewisburg, Pennsylvania. The contractor will provide courses in the Business Management curriculum, offering at least two classes per semester, per institution. Contract will consist of three semesters per contract year, with classes being worth a minimum of three credits. Contractor shall be a nationally accredited Post-Secondary Educational provider. Contract shall run from award date for a period of one base year, with a possibility of four option years. This solicitation is open to both large and small business.
