The contractor shall furnish all plant, labor, supplies, equipment and supervision necessary to successfully repair a JP-8 jet fuel distribution line at Mountain Home AFB ID. Work includes, but is not limited to: all site preparation and trenching or rock excavation; new steel distribution pipeline with cathotic protection, construction of a valve pit with two valves, connection of the new line to the current system decommissioning of the old pipeline and backfilling any trenchwork upon completion to include repaving of asphalt areas. Existing pipeline will remain in operation until new pipeline is complete and operational. This work will be located at Mountain Home AFB, Idaho. The total performance period for this project will be determined prior to issuance of the Invitation for Bid. The magnitude of this project is between $25,000 to $100,000.
