The Aberdeen Area Indian Health Service proposes to award a firm fixed-price type contract for installation of new doors and retrofitting of existing doors. All doors are located in the Red Lake PHS, IHS Hospital. All work is to be performed at the Red Lake PHS, IHS Hospital on the Red Lake Indian Reservation. Installation of new doors involves removing two (2) existing doors and replacing with two (2) new doors and retrofitting existing doors involves installation of automatic door openers for eight (8) existing doors. Electrical work is not included in this RFQ. This acquisition is being conducted under FAR Part 12 Simplified Acquisition Procedures. Request for Quotation (RFQ) must be submitted to Donna Mikkelson, Purchasing Agent, citing RFQ-96-062. All responsible sources may submit quotes which will be considered. Quotes will be accepted after publication of this notice through September 27, 1996.
