The contractor shall implement a project planning and control system in order to coordinate and direct program management activities. The planning and control system should provide plans and schedules reflecting the following: delivery order status, units delivery schedules, summary of planned versus actual accomplishments, technical issues, financial, and program status, quality control, deficiencies, warranty failure tracking, depot support and outstanding action.
