Work consists of break vacuum with nitrogen; remove solution and refrigerant; replace valve diaphragms; check flo tender and low level controls and cycle guard valves; remove refrigerant and solutions pumps; flush pumps; check solution piping; disassemble solution and refrigerant pumps; inspect rotor cams, starter cam, impeller, pump casing, cooling and lube passages; clean motor cooling passages; replace gasket, bearing and war rings (does not include machining of shaft journals, if required); reassemble solution and refrigerant pumps; reinstall all solutions nd refrigerant pumps; leak test and evacuate; recharge solution and refrigerant previously removed from unit; measure and advise foreman if additional bromine is needed; remove one condenser head and one absorber tube, clean heads, replace gaskets and heads; and check out and start machine on or about March 16, 1997.
