Chropuvka, Phone (703)604-6100 The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIRSYSCOM) intends to issue orders under Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) N00019-96-G-0013 with the Northrop Grumman Corporation (NGC), St. Augustine, Florida for Standard Depot Level Maintenance (SDLM) with associated modification and repair of components and systems, installation of the F-14 Upgrade modification, and installation of Time Compliance Requirements (TCRs) for up to five (5) F-14 Aircraft. As the designer, developer and sole manufacturer of the F-14 Aircraft, NGC is the only known commercial source who possess the required expertise, knowledge, and experience to provide this effort.
