Chropuvka, Phone (703)604-6100 The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIRSYSCOM) intends to place a delivery order under Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) N00019-94-G-0001 with Northrop Grumman Corporation (NGC) for the engineering effort required to update the F-14 Digital Flight Control System (DFCS) Electrical Loads Analysis; the Failure Modes, Effects and Criticality Analysis (FMECA); and the System Safety Hazard Analysis to the production configuration and to support the on-going flight test program at NAWCAD Patuxent River. NGC provided these original documents and flight test support under the DFCS Foreign Comparative Test (FCT) program. NGC, as the designer, developer, and sole producer of the F-14 Aircraft, is the only known source with the knowledge, experience, and expertise to provide the required effort.
