Contractor shall do all things necessary to provide real estate property sales closing services for Dep't. of HUD on single family homes in Bergen, Essex, Hudson, Hunterdon, Middlesex, Monmouth, Morris, Passaic, Somerset, Sussex, Union and Warren Counties in the State of New Jersey and must demonstrate experience in sales closings of similar properties. Contract term is for one year with two one-year options to extend the contract. Contractor must establish an office in Essex, Hudson or Union County in New Jersey within 15 days after award of contract. CONTRACTOR MUST BE A MEMBER OF THE NEW JERSEY STATE BAR. Solicitation packages will be available Oct. 2, 1996 at HUD's New York Office. There will be a pre-proposal conference at 10:00 AM, Oct. 16, 1996 at the HUD Newark Office, One Newark Center, 13th Floor. Proposals will be due Nov. 7, 1996 at 3PM local time in Room 35-120, 26 Federal Plaza, New York, NY 10278-0068 and shall be evaluated by a technical panel.
