The Health Resources and Services Administration requires services to provide information and guidance to targeted disadvantaged and/or minorities pre-health professions students regarding the health care needs of underserved populations and the shortage of minority physicians in the United States. The Government intends to negotiate on a sole source basis, in accordance with the Simplified Acquisition Procedures in Part 13 of the Federal Acquisition Regulations, with the Morehouse School of Medicine, 720 West View Drive, SW, Atlanta, Georgia 30310-1495. The Morehouse School of Medicine, is deemed the only responsible source capable of providing the required work and services. A Justification for Other than Full and Open Competition is on file.
