The Air Force Flight Test Center's (AFFTC) acquisition for two generic radar target generators (GRTG) Request for Proposal (RFP) number F04611-96-R-0019, has been determined to be a 100% small business set aside. The Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) code is 3812; size standard is 750 employees. The draft performance specification, suggested data requirements, statement of objectives, and other relevant information is at the GRTG technical library located at Edwards Air Force Base, California. Contact the contract negotiator to request a visit to the library. Industry is encouraged to provide written comments to the draft solicitation documents as well as comment on the possibility for oral, versus written, technical proposals. The draft RFP is scheduled for release on 30 September 1996. Final RFP release is scheduled for early December. Prior to release, the Government will honor requests for one on ones, in the early November timeframe, to answer RFP questions.
