The quarters under this contract serve as the principal residences of the Senior Military Leadership of the U.S. Navy and are located in the Naval District Washington. The contractor shall furnish all labor, management, supervision, tools, materials, equipment, incidental engineering and transportation necessary to maintain and repair the housing units and associated utility systems, household equipment, appliances, land areas, and other related real property and facilities. The base performance period is 12 months with options to extend but not exceed 60 months, including the base period. The estimated cost is between $1-5 million for the entire contract. The Small Business Size Standard (SIC) code is 8744. This contract will be acquired through the use of Source Selection Procedures. Award will be made to the offer proposing the best value to the Government based on the price and non-priced factors in the RFP. The RFP will be available approximately 15 October 1996.
