The work involves lifting (jacking) each structure off its block wall foundation, partial or total demolition of the existing foundation, construction of a new/extension of the remaining foundation, setting the house down on the new/extended foundation, modifying/replacing mechanical, electrical, and architectural features as indicated, followed by site restoration to prework conditions. Estimated cost of the work is between $1,000,000.00 and $5,000,000.00. Work shall be completed within 600 calendar days.
