Conformal coating shall be applied to completed assemblies in accordance MIL-STD 454 or equivalent commercial standard. Final electrical testing shall be conducted after application of conformal coating. Acceptance will be based on complianced with the above requirements and upon the demonstration of proper operation or randomly selected sample of 15 circuit cards on the engineering test bed system at Naval Training Center, San Diego, CA.
