Ruth Maris (301) 975-6337 The National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) intends to purchase the following paint film containing lead on millinex substrate 7.6cm (3'') by 10.2cm (4'') in size with clear, lead free laminate coating: Level #1 - 3.4 to 3.6 mg/cm squared Pb; Level #2 - 1.5 to 1.7 mg/cm squared Pb; Level #3 - 1.0 to 1.05 mg/cm squared Pb; Level #4 -.25 to .35 mg/cm squared Pb; Level #4 - clean lacqueur layer (blank) .0005 mg/cm squared Pb; with an option to purchase: Level #6 - 0.70 to 0.75 mg/cm squared Pb and Level # 7 - 7.0 mg/cm to 7.2 mg/cm squared Pb. The purchase shall be filled in two phases: Prototype phase and production phase. Delivery required Freight on Board (FOB) destination, Gaithersburg, MD.
