LLOVET-ZURINAGA (508) 233-4146 (Site Code DAAK60) The US Army Soldier Systems Command plans to release a Draft Statement of Work entitled Task Order Support Services, for industry's review and comments. This Statement of Work describes the comprehensive mission support requirements of the U.S. Army Soldier Systems Command (SSCOM) and the U.S. Army Institute of Environmental Medicine (ARIEM) (collectively referred to as the Government). The mission requirements of these agencies are primarily focused on providing the individual soldier with the essentials of life in the form of food, clothing, shelter and mobility. Mission support is required in the areas of research, development, engineering, operations research, production engineering, test and evaluation, logistics support, and program management. The scope of this effort addresses eight (8) functional areas. These are (1) Management and Administrative Support, (2) Science and Technology Support, (3) Engineering and Technology Support, (4) Integrated Logistics Support, (5) Operations Research Analyses, (6) Cost Analysis Support, (7) Drafting Support, and (8) Graphics Support.
