The scope of work includes site investigation, preliminary design, final design, 35 sets of drawings, specifications, cost estimate, and construction period services. Drawings are to be done on CAD compatible with AutoCad Version 13. A copy of the drawings are to be submitted to the VA on disc at the end of the project. The general scope of work is: Project provides for the construction of a new one or two story building of approximately 15,000 GSF (10,000 NSF) to establish a primary care clinic at the Vancouver Division of the Portland VAMC. This clinic will include the following areas: waiting, exam rooms, triage area, nursing communication center, storage, agent cashier, and office spaces. The clinic will be located on A street in the current footprint of building T-2265. Construction cost range is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000.
