A technical proposal will be required in response to the Request for Proposals. Offerors will be required to address Technical Approach, Facilities, Management Approach and Past Performance. The resulting contract will be awarded to the offeror submitting a technically acceptable proposal offering the Best Value to the Government. The Government reserves the right to make multiple awards under this acquisition if doing so is determined to be in the best interest of the Government. A portion of the specifications is classified at the Confidential level and prospective offerors will require a clearance at that level of safeguarding to receive the specification. Offerors will require a clearance at the Secret level for performance of the contract. Due to the high cost of reproducing a portion of the specifications for these systems, the Contracting Officer anticipates having no more than three (3) Type 18 B & D drawing set aperture card packages available. If the Contracting Officer determines through a survey of potential offerors, there is sufficient interest to warrant reproduction of additional aperture card sets, all offerors requesting the full specification package will be charged a fee that is estimated to be $880.00. All responsible offerors may submit a proposal which will be considered. Requests must be in writing specifying the solicitation number. Fax requests directed to (401) 841-4820 are acceptable. Telephone requests for the solicitation will not be honored. (0263)
