The contractor shall supply all equipment, personnel, transportation, material, parts and supervision to complete inspections and preventive and corrective maintenance on Government-owned AMSCO Reliance 777 Tunnel Washer, four (4) AMSCO steam autoclaves, two (2) AMSCO washer/sterilizers, and one (1) AMSCO sonic cleaner. The contractor has four (4) hours to respond on-site at the Naval Medical Center to all service calls. All technicians must be factory certified to repair subject equipment. All responsible small business sources may submit an offer which will be considered. The solicitation will be issued as a 100% small business set-aside. Period of performance is to start 01 January 1997, or upon contract award date, whichever is later, and continue for a twelve month period. F.O.B. Destination. See Note 1. (0263)
